• If you purchased multiple bottles, only one opened bottle is eligible for a refund, while the others must be unopened and in their original condition.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and the return address (if applicable).
Step 2 – Return Your Product (If Required)
• If your order qualifies for a return, securely package the item.
• Clearly write your RMA Number on the outside of the package.
• Ship the product to the return address provided by our support team.
Step 3 – Refund Processing
• Once we receive your return (if required), we will process your refund or replacement.
• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method within five business days.
• Please contact your bank for details on when the refund will appear in your account.
• We are not responsible for customs fees or additional charges once your package leaves our facility. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
• If customs fees are refused at the time of delivery, your order may be returned, and we will issue a refund excluding shipping costs.
Lost or Missing Orders
